restauration Restauration of an antique Voitures is looking for authenticity. You would want to see the carriage back into the status as it was, when is was originally manufactured. Almost all of the Voitures that are used for turn outs and shows have been manufactured between 1850 en 1930. This means they are between 75 and 150 years old . In that time the carriage has changed ownership regularly and a lot of maintenance has been performed, but also a lot of changes have been applied, and not all for the good ! .Consulting their extensive documentation and literature library Van den Heuvel aims to restore a carriage towards its original status.
